A $150 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required with all youth camp registrations for one week sessions.
A $300 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required will all youth camp registrations for two or more week sessions..
If a cancellation is made prior to June 1, 2007, all of your fees, less your deposit, will be refunded.
If a cancellation is made between June 1, 2007 and three weeks prior to the beginning of the session, half of the total fees, less your deposit, will be refunded.
If a cancellation is made with less than two weeks prior to the beginning of a given session, no refunds will be given unless there is a verifiable medical excuse,.
Payment in full is required before June 1, 2007 to guarantee a place in the given session.
