Family Camp Programs at Camp Olson
Traditional Family Camp
Camp Olson offers a unique and unforgettable family camping experience. Families are housed in our rustic, Northwood’s style cabins and are provided an action-packed week of activities. Our facilities include sailing, horseback riding, fishing, hiking, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, archery, riflery, nature walks, stargazing, and a sauna. In addition, our friendly and creative staff provides daily games and events for kids of all ages (1-100yrs old!) like the Big “O” Rodeo, Regatta (sailboat race), Eco-Challenge, H2O Olympics, Beach Skit, Carnival, Variety Show, Breakfast Rides, Canoe Lunches, nightly campfires and much more! We have kids clubs in the mornings that offer structured fun for children and free time for adults. Free babysitting is available as well. All meals and Camp Olson activities are included in a price that is a bargain when compared to any basic resort accommodations. Camp Olson staff maintain current first-aid and lifeguard certifications from the Red Cross to ensure our commitment to safety. A Family Camp experience at Camp Olson is a fantastic opportunity for families to spend time together in a beautiful Northwood’s setting while having an unlimited variety of activities to choose from.
We are anticipating high demand for our Family Programs, so start making plans to join us next summer! Family Camp 2008 runs August 10-16th and August 17-23rd. Registration is now open! Family Camp Session A Cabins are FULL!
