Target Sports
Target sports are a long standing tradition at Camp Olson.
Both archery and rifle range are located in the same vicinity, making it more convenient for those who wish to shoot at both areas. Timber frame buildings proudly welcome campers to both ranges. As part of our mission to keep the target sports range a safe and fun learning environment select staff take part in a safety training clinics lead by instructors from the Civilian Marksmanship Association. The program introduces campers to the proper techniques for safe handling of equipment in a controlled environment. The program is progressive and campers are continually challenged to reach the next marksmanship level.
