

Timber Frame Cabin Loop – This loop of cabins consists of five handcrafted timber frame cabins constructed by Camp Olson staff and volunteers. Each cabins accommodates 6-8 campers and 2 staff.. Cabin Names: Superior, Michigan, Huron, Ontario and Erie.

Traditional Cabins – There are 13 original Camp Olson cabins most with a fireplace and a view of Little Boy Lake. Each cabin accommodates 8-10 campers and two staff. These cabins were recently renovated during an Adopt-A-Cabin campaign from 2003-2006. Cabin Names: Duluth, Frontenac, Grossielliers, Hennipen, Jolliet, La Verendrye, Le Sueur, Marquette, Nicollet, Raddisson, Ramsey, Schoolcraft and the Lower Cabin.

Riding Cabins – Two cabins are designated for our speciality horse backriding camps. These cabin are situated close to the corral and campers have a wonderful view of the pasture and are near their four legged friends even when they sleep. Each cabin accommodates 8 campers and 2 staff. Cabin Names: Willy and Yaqua (named in memory of two longtime Camp Olson horses.
